Pool Information
The pool has needed repairs every year. The health department will not allow the pool to open as is any more.
Quotes have been gathered and presented at Board meetings over the past year. The information on this page was presented to the Board in the fall of 2024. It was emailed to homeowners and presented at the AGM with a vote for homeowners to pick one of three options regarding the future of the pool at the Ranch.

The Bylaws and Covenants (found on this website) require homeowners to share the costs of repairs and maintenance for common amenities. The pool is one of those common amenities which also provides an increase in value for each property at the Ranch.
Quotes on the left are not final numbers, but are what has been provided to the Board to move forward with making financial decisions. The cost would be covered by an assessment and potentially a loan from the bank. When reviewing quotes- Option 1 shows the numbers the Board is working with.
